Funny Ways to Rsvp to a Wedding

What is your strangest/funniest wedding invite response?

Everyone has people who react differently to weddings. Sometimes you get some funny responses on cards and in texts/emails. What has been the funniest response someone has given to your wedding?

I just got a great text, "On a scale of 80s office worker to Lady Gaga how formal is your wedding?" Answer, "Formal." Text back, "Gotcha, Steve Harvey it is!!" I have yet to figure out what this means, but I am oh so curious.

I would be prepared for the formal suit of a lifetime, OP. That scale is amazing in so many ways.

No RSVP moments for me yet though I did reply 'no' as a joke when I was a BM.

Nothing too shocking but My favorite was from my manager. 3 months after getting engaged the news finally got around to him and as we were closing the store he was (jokingly) mad at me for not running and telling him sooner. I'm his favorite employee and he's my favorite boss so he expected something. I still don't know how it got around to him. I didn't tell any of my coworkers and don't have any of them on social media. He could have seen the ring but before my engagement ring I had my promise ring that he never mentioned

I did receive one saying " sorry can't make it. Haven't seen you in awhile and I don't think the place to see each other again is your wedding" sorry friend you moved across the country!

"There was something I had to send in?"

In response to me replying to her facebook post about booking flights for my wedding and some other events following. I responded to her post with just FYI this doesn't count as an RSVP Smiley xd. and she responded with that. lol.

I had a note on my rsvp card to let us know if a vegetarian or vegan meal was needed. My one friend sent it back with that entire section blacked out and wrote that "we like the meats. Prepare yourself for the meat sweats". Lol
